Are the project prices fixed?
They're starting points. We scope your requirements, then send a fixed written quote — so you know the total before committing.
Is VAT included?
No — all prices exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate on your invoice where it applies.
Do I need a care plan?
It's optional but recommended for anything live. You can start, upgrade or cancel a plan at any time.
How are payments structured?
Projects run on a deposit plus staged milestone payments. Care plans are billed monthly or annually by card or direct debit.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. On final payment, full ownership of the source code and assets transfers to you, with documentation.
Can you take on an existing build?
Absolutely. We'll audit it, flag any risks and quote to maintain or improve it — no need to start over.
